The Prom Rack collects new and gently worn, prom appropriate dresses, accessories, donations and shoes for youth that have experienced the foster system in central Texas. The Prom Rack distributes prom appropriate attire to youth at an event designed to provide a day of personal attention and personal care from volunteers in the community.
